Contacting us

If you contact us via a form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of handling your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass this data on without your consent.

Your IP address is recorded and used for internal security purposes. For our marketing we only use information derived from a rough localisation, which means that information from individual IP addresses is used exclusively to protect the security infrastructure.

Microsoft Clarity

SalesViewer®

Our website uses SalesViewer® technology provided by SalesViewer® GmbH, Huestraße 30, 44787 Bochum, Germany. In this context, data is collected and processed for marketing, market research and optimisation purposes. Where technically possible, processing takes place without the use of cookies requiring consent and on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) DSGVO. Transfer to third countries

When individual services are used (in particular Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag and Microsoft Clarity), personal data may be transferred to the USA. The transfer takes place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, additional standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 DSGVO.

Use of location data in the "OOM Driver" app

In order to determine where a vehicle currently is while it is out for delivery, to record the parking position or to store the drop-off point of a delivery, the location services use information from GPS networks where available.

In our "OOM Driver" app you have the option of obtaining your current location and thereby recording the route of your delivery. The use of location data (for example displaying the current position or centring the map) generally takes place on your mobile device. Only the function for archiving the current delivery route requires location information to be transferred to our server infrastructure.

In order to record the delivery route as precisely as possible, location data is also determined and processed when the app is not in use or is closed. To display the location, location detection uses precise information about your position, which can lead to increased battery consumption.

To use the location services, you only need to allow them when the app requests this; alternatively, you can also allow them in your mobile operating system. Confirming this grants the app access to your location information. You can disable the app's access to your location at any time in the corresponding settings of your mobile device. The app can also be used without location data; the functions for location detection and route tracking are then disabled.

Storage period

We store personal data only for as long as this is necessary for the respective processing purposes or as long as statutory retention obligations exist.

Data security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, manipulation, unauthorised access and other unlawful processing. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
