What you should know about our consulting
How exactly does the money-back guarantee work?
Every engagement ends with a closing presentation. If you tell us there, or within 14 days afterwards, that the result does not help you, we refund the fee in full. You do not have to justify it. The document we produced stays with you – taking away the very thing you were meant to work from would be dishonest, just because the outcome did not match your expectations.
Do we have to buy fabular afterwards?
No. The consulting formats are services in their own right with their own result. If the analysis shows that your existing system will carry on with some adjustments, the report says so just as clearly. That happens regularly.
How long does an engagement take?
Digitalisation consulting takes four to ten weeks depending on scope, because interviews and review rounds take time. AI consulting depends on how many use cases need to be reviewed. We set the timeframe out in writing beforehand.
What does 'from €1,400' mean in practice?
The starting price covers a defined engagement with a set number of workshops and a written result. Anything beyond that – more sites, more departments, more interviews – is calculated and approved in advance. There is no additional billing without your agreement.
Who carries out the consulting?
Senior consultants with sector experience, joined by architects from development for technical questions. You do not get a junior team with a catalogue of templates.
